Delivery Information

 

Good things take just a little time — your order is tempered to order and normally leaves us in 1–3 business days.

If there is an urgency for next day delivery please call or email first before placing the order. 

Free delivery with orders over £50.  This does not include large made-to-order orders such as weddings and events.  Due to the high value of these orders we use Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Using Royal Mail to all parts of the UK Only.

Islands and Highlands may take up to 2 days longer. If the order is received at the weekend, it could take up to 5 days to be delivered. Please bear this in mind when placing an order.  Please note that while Royal Mail aim to deliver within 24 hours, delays can occasionally occur that are outside of our control. If you’re planning ahead, please choose your delivery date carefully to ensure your order arrives in good time.

You will be sent a tracking link the night before or the morning of delivery. Most orders arrive on your chosen date. However, some may arrive the next working day.

To reduce the amount of cardboard, we do recycle some of the boxes received from suppliers.  This is usually when a larger order is being double boxed to protect the contents inside.

Delivery Requirements

  1. Please ensure that all information is correct at checkout.
  1. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and contact details are accurate.
  1. We do not verify addresses and accept no liability for orders which are not received due to incorrect delivery details.
  1. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.
    • If no one is available to accept the delivery, the parcel may be taken back to the local delivery office and held for collection. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the Postie may attempt to leave the goods in a safe place or with a neighbour.
    • If no one has been able to receive the delivery and it has been returned to the local delivery office, left with a neighbour, or left in a safe place, Sugar Spice U.K. Limited cannot be held liable for any loss or damages and especially in hot weather where the chocolate will melt.
