Please note that although Sugar Spice U.K. Limited will make sure the product information displayed on the website is correct, product recipes can sometimes change in the kitchen and from the supplier. This may affect the allergen information and therefore you should not rely solely on the information detailed on the product page. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please email hello@sugarspice.uk for the most up to date information before ordering.
Sugar Spice U.K. Limited –
- is not in a position to guarantee a completely allergen free environment, but to minimise the risk of exposure.
- takes steps to avoid cross-contamination in its food preparation to protect customers with a food allergy, but cannot completely remove the risk of cross-contamination through segregation by time and space, and from low level cross-contamination at the factory.
- is committed to reducing the risk to consumers in its preparation of confectionery which could lead to an allergic reaction.
- will provide allergen information on the website www.sugarspice.uk for each product, and on each of the products pre packaged ingredients sticker.
- will display the allergy and intolerance sign at events to advise customers on how they can find allergy information on its products.
