This policy sets out the returns policy for goods purchased through the online store operated by Sugar Spice U.K. Limited.

1. Non-returnable items
Please note because our products are perishable, made to order or personalised, they cannot be cancelled or returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

2. Damages
We ensure that our chocolates are shipped in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. Do not throw away the order in its original packaging and shipping packaging so that we can evaluate any issue that could affect any refund to you. We will require photographic evidence of any damage.

3. Refunds
Refunds are are at our discretion. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
